Title: new word for Oscar

Oscar has added a new word to his very small vocabulary. He now says whatcha doing Oscar instead of just watcha doing. I guess you can teach an old bird new words. Emma

Kiwi, my Quaker, is quite the talker.  I have been trying to discourage Toby (U-2) from reguritating his food when I sit with him, and have been using the phrase, "Stop that" with a little shake of my arm to discourage the behaviour.  Obviously, Kiwi, has been listening to me because he came out with "Stop that" very clearly the other day.  Just too smart.  :)

Gomez is always coming up with something new, mixed in with his 10 our so older words and phrases. He is now making up words that consist of one half of one word and another half of another...he is quite innovative.

Amuk comes out with a word every now and then...and if left alone in another room for long enough, will say " Hello, Anyone"...quite funny. Mostly he grumbles and mutters...and also his swearing is more frequent these days. The kids were obviously teaching him choice words during his 8 years at the mall.... :-?  That said, he seems to know when it is appropriate or not to use them....;) Like when I am putting him in his cage for the day when I go to work... ;D
